Changed your mind? 14-day cancellation

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your print. Just email us at hello@illuminatedlibrary.co.uk with your order number to let us know.

Please then send the print back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition and packaging, to: The Illuminated Library, Corner House, Chancery Lane, Thrapston, Northamptonshire, NN14 4LJ, United Kingdom.

We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the print back (or proof that you have posted it). You pay the cost of returning it, unless it arrived faulty or damaged. If you chose Express delivery, we refund the cost of Standard delivery.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Every print is checked before it leaves the printer, but if yours arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Digital downloads

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order you ask us to make the file available straight away, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download link has been delivered to you. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not as described, email us and we will fix the problem or refund you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
